About me

I love helping people to understand what their bodies are telling them and how to take action about it. Your body is the connection between the inner world and the external world, so I am here to be the translator you need to address your body’s needs and find balance between the outside world and yourself.

I’ve never wanted to be a dancer but movement helped me to understand and process my emotions when I couldn’t communicate verbally. So, I became very curious about dance and different styles of it, ending up with a full training!

I am professionally trained in Flamenco, ballet, contemporary dance, body conditioning and somatic movement. The combination of these techniques and my personal necessity of using movement as a way of self expression, makes my coaching a unique form of approaching movement as a language.

The connection between mind-body-expression is the main pillar of my practice, so I develop ways of making the body tell its stories. Finding the voice and understanding the language of your body makes you stronger in your true self, getting back your power and making you less vulnerable to what our society believes is right and wrong.
